Squeaky Clean Paint
So do you want a little time to finish up some baking, or wrapping without your little helpers? Well I have a project that will keep them busy and give you a little break.
We are going to make Squeaky Clean paint!
****Disclaimer just because the name of this post is squeaky clean paint does it mean that this paint is actually squeaky nor is it really all that clean of a project. Messy can be fun right?
You will need:
- 2 bars of soap
- Water
- Food coloring
2. Once you have grated it all add 1/4-1/2 cup warm water. Mix with your mixer until it is fluffy like shaving cream. You may need to add a little more water.
3. Add food coloring, don’t go too crazy or it will stain the kids.
I made red, green and white for Christmas
Let them paint your glass door. Make sure you put paper down, if it is on carpet I would tape it down.
You might want to wear an apron when you mix the soap.
To clean it up just use hot soapy water. If it has dried on you will want a razor blade to scrap it off first.
After you wash it all off your window it will be squeaky clean, so hence the name squeaky clean paint!
